  • You placed it online or offline and no designing or printing work has started yet.

  • You have a valid reason (like duplicate order, technical payment error, etc.)

  • Your order is already in production or out for delivery.

  • Payment via UPI/Netbanking/Debit Card: Refund is initiated to the same source.

  • Cash payment: Refund will be given in cash or bank transfer (with valid ID proof).
