Welcome to D’rox Instant Digital Printing! We are pleased to have you onboard. Before you continue using our website, placing an order, or availing our printing services, please go through these terms and conditions carefully.

These terms form a legal agreement between you (the client) and D'rox Instant Digital Printing (A Unit of Saif Dreams Concept Pvt Ltd). By visiting our website, submitting your files, or engaging with our team, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Use of Services – How It Works

At D’rox Prints, we offer a wide range of digital printing solutions—indoor, outdoor, flex, vinyl, brochures, and corporate stationery. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and as per our listed specifications.

You may not use our services for:

  • Printing obscene, offensive, or illegal content

  • Duplicating copyrighted material without consent

  • Misusing logos or branding without rights

  • Promoting hate speech or misinformation

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order that violates these standards, without liability.

2. Artwork Submission & File Handling

To ensure the best output, customers must submit:

  • High-resolution files (minimum 300 DPI for prints)

  • Preferred file formats: PDF, CDR, AI, EPS, PNG, JPEG

  • Proper bleed, margin, and crop marks (if needed)

Note:

We do not take responsibility for errors caused by:

  • Low-resolution images

  • Spelling or grammar issues in your content

  • Wrong sizing or alignment in your file

  • File corruption after upload

You are advised to double-check before final submission.

3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All our prices are clearly mentioned on the quotation or invoice. Final charges depend on:

  • Size of print

  • Type of material

  • Finishing requirements

  • Quantity

  • Design or layout involvement

 Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required before processing the job

  • Accepted modes: UPI, Net Banking, Cash, Cheque (subject to clearance)

  • Bulk orders may attract advance payment and part payment terms

  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of 18% GST depending on service type

No refunds will be processed once printing has begun unless there's an approved production fault.

4. Delivery and Timelines

We always aim to deliver on time. Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

Standard Turnaround Time:

  • Small jobs: 1–2 working days

  • Large/bulk: 3–5 working days

  • Custom or installation-based jobs: 5–10 working days

Delivery Methods:

  • Self-pickup from our Lucknow office

  • Doorstep delivery via local courier/logistics (charges applicable)

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Acts of God (rain, flood, strikes)

  • Transport disruption

  • Customer’s unavailability at delivery address

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can request order cancellation only if:

  • We have not started production

  • You notify us within 3 hours of placing the order

Refund Conditions:

  • Full refund if cancelled before processing

  • No refund if printing has started or completed

  • Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days

Please note, personalised and customised items are non-refundable once approved and printed.

6. Reprints, Corrections & Quality Disputes

Our team always checks the quality before dispatch. Still, in rare cases, if you receive:

  • Wrong material

  • Major colour mismatch

  • Incomplete quantity

  • Blurred or torn prints

Then you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We’ll investigate and offer:

  • Free reprint (in genuine cases)

  • Partial refund or discount on the next job (case-by-case basis)

No disputes will be entertained after 2 days of delivery confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

By submitting artwork or logo to D’rox Prints, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to that content

  • Or you have legal permission from the copyright holder

We are not liable if someone challenges the ownership of the submitted content. In case of legal issues, the client bears all responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

D’rox Prints will not be held responsible for:

  • Loss of business due to printing delays

  • Damages caused during courier transit (we can assist in claiming)

  • Colour variations due to screen-to-print mismatch

  • Client-side design errors

Maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific job.

9. Communication and Consent

When you engage with us:

  • You agree to receive order updates via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone

  • We may use your brand or sample as a portfolio showcase unless opted out

  • Your feedback or testimonial may be used for marketing purposes with your name and city

10. Privacy & Data Use

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details. In short:

  • We don’t share or sell your data

  • We only use your contact details for order updates and promotions

  • You can unsubscribe anytime by contacting our team

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All transactions are governed under Indian law. In case of disputes, the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Modifications & Updates

We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
